All images are taken in-house and accurately depict the watches currently available in our inventory.

All transactions are securely processed via Chrono24. Watches cannot be held or reserved without confirmed payment. Please note that shipments to or within the US may be subject to applicable state sales tax.

TRADES

We welcome trade-ins for brands such as Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and other major watchmakers. If you wish to trade, please include photos and all relevant information in your initial message along with your expected trade value. Trade offers are non-binding and may be subject to change. Trades are handled via FedEx Priority Overnight, and your new watch will be shipped after we receive your trade-in and any applicable payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once payment is confirmed, we process shipments within 48–72 business hours. To ensure security and reduce the risk of loss, watches are shipped to FedEx Offices or Ship Centers for convenient customer pickup. Please use the nearest FedEx location to avoid delivery delays.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

We do not ship on Fridays or over weekends. All shipments are sent via FedEx Insured Express Shipping to your chosen FedEx Ship Center for secure collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listed price. Shipping and insurance costs are included in the final total. International shipments are insured via a third-party provider and sent through FedEx. Certain destinations may have insurance limitations, and some locations may not be eligible for delivery. We cannot declare shipments as repairs or undervalue packages to reduce duties. High-value shipments may incur extra shipping charges, and address changes cannot be made once a package is in transit. Returns requiring reshipment are subject to additional fees, payable by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

All returned watches are carefully inspected and may be subject to Chrono24 mediation if the item is not returned in the same condition it was shipped. This applies even to new watches showing signs of wear.
