Our focus is on offering high-quality new and pre-owned luxury watches while providing a smooth buying experience. Payments are completed directly through Chrono24 using either a credit card or wire transfer, with no price advantage between payment methods. Once payment is made, Chrono24 securely holds the funds in escrow until the watch is delivered.

Inspection & Shipping

Prior to dispatch, each watch undergoes a final inspection to verify accuracy, condition, and consistency with the listing description. Watches are carefully packaged in their original box to ensure safe transit. Orders typically ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed. For U.S. buyers, shipments cannot be sent to residential addresses and must be delivered to a business location or held for pickup at the nearest FedEx facility, as required by insurance guidelines.

Returns, Taxes & International Orders

Buyers are given a two-week inspection period upon delivery. If the watch does not match the description or has a functional issue, it may be returned for a full refund, provided it remains in the same condition and includes all original accessories. Sales tax is automatically calculated and collected by Chrono24 at checkout based on the buyer’s location and cannot be adjusted or removed. International orders are declared at full value, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. While we aim to ship worldwide, insurance restrictions may limit delivery to certain countries, and buyers will be notified if shipping is not possible.
