A refined watchmaking technique

This dial is enhanced with diamonds set in 18 ct gold, adding a touch of elegance and refined brilliance. Its sunray finish creates delicate and sophisticated light reflections, a signature feature seen across many Oyster Perpetual dials.

The effect is achieved through precise brushing techniques that form fine grooves radiating outward from the centre of the dial. These engravings allow light to spread evenly across the surface, producing a soft, elegant glow that shifts subtly with wrist movement.

Once the sunray texture is complete, the dial colour is applied using advanced methods such as Physical Vapour Deposition or electroplating. A final protective layer of varnish is then added, giving the dial its depth, clarity, and polished finish.
