The chocolate dial showcases Rolex’s signature sunray finish, a sophisticated technique used across the Oyster Perpetual collection. It is created through precise brushing methods that form fine grooves radiating outward from the center of the dial.

These subtle lines reflect light evenly, producing a soft, elegant glow that shifts with the movement of the wrist.

Once the sunray effect is complete, the dial color is applied using advanced processes such as Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) or electroplating. A final coat of varnish is then added, enhancing durability and giving the dial its rich, polished finish.
