Service Center

Our in-house service center is staffed by two certified watchmakers and two professional polishers, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and care. Every watch is supported by a 12-month service warranty, and we maintain an official Omega spare parts account to ensure proper servicing when required.

Stock & Shipping

All watches are physically in stock and photographed in-house—no stock images are ever used. Orders paid by 10:00 AM EST can ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. We offer fully insured FedEx Overnight Priority shipping within the USA and internationally. For overseas shipments, full value declaration is required, and any customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
