It begins with the successive application of multiple thin layers of lacquer on a brass base plate, carefully building intensity and uniformity. A transparent varnish is then added to enhance depth, brilliance, and visual purity.

Once dried, the surface is meticulously polished to refine the finish and enrich the color. The dial is then prepared for pad printing and the application of its final details, resulting in a clean and elegant design.
