The process involves carefully applying multiple ultra-thin layers of lacquer onto a brass base plate. Each layer is built up gradually to create a rich, even surface with exceptional intensity and clarity.

A transparent protective varnish is then applied to enhance depth, gloss, and durability. Once fully dried, the dial surface is meticulously polished to amplify its brightness and smoothness, preparing it for final detailing such as pad printing and the application of hour markers.
