The process begins with the careful application of six ultra-thin layers of lacquer onto a brass base plate, each layer precisely built up to create a perfectly even surface with refined intensity.

A transparent protective varnish is then applied to enhance depth, brilliance, and durability. Once fully dried, the surface is meticulously polished to amplify its clarity and smoothness, preparing the dial for final detailing such as pad printing and the application of hour markers.
