Slate Ombré Dial

A Contemporary Evolution of Design

Presented in 18 ct Everose gold, the slate ombré dial introduces a new and distinctive hue to this design concept. Its surface features a refined gradient that begins with a rich tone at the centre and gradually transitions to deep black toward the outer edge, creating a striking sense of depth and contrast.

For the first time on this model, the dial is complemented by faceted, deconstructed Roman numerals and faceted index hour markers crafted in 18 ct pink gold, enhancing its modern and sophisticated character. Previously, ombré dials were exclusively set with diamond hour markers and were reserved for specific references, reflecting their rarity and exclusivity.

This design continues a tradition introduced in the 1980s and reinterpreted in 2019. The concentric gradient effect is achieved through the careful application of black lacquer, a delicate process supervised by a specialist to ensure a seamless and harmonious transition from colour to darkness. The result is a dial that blends heritage, innovation, and refined craftsmanship.
