Layered Craftsmanship and Refined Finish

The white lacquer dial reflects advanced expertise in modern dial manufacturing. Lacquer offers exceptional versatility in colour and delivers a rich, consistent tone with a perfectly smooth surface. The process begins by carefully applying six ultra-thin layers of lacquer onto a solid brass base plate, gradually building depth and uniformity.

After the layering stage, a transparent varnish is added to enhance brilliance and protect the surface, giving the dial its refined depth and luminosity. Once fully dried, the dial is meticulously polished to intensify its clarity and smoothness. It is then prepared for precise pad printing and the application of appliques, completing a process that combines technical precision with elegant design.
