The finishing process involves carefully applying six ultra-thin layers of lacquer onto a solid brass base plate, building depth and consistency step by step.

Once the layered coating is complete, a transparent varnish is added to enhance brilliance, depth, and overall luminosity. After drying, the dial surface is meticulously polished to intensify the colour and achieve a refined shine. It is then prepared for precise pad printing and the application of appliques, completing a process that unites technical expertise with elegant design.
