Craftsmanship meets high technology

The Green dial of the Oyster Perpetual begins as a meticulously applied lacquer, crafted in a controlled-atmosphere environment to prevent dust or contamination.

Layer upon layer—six in total—are applied to the brass dial base to create a perfectly uniform surface. The final varnish enhances brilliance and depth of colour, while inscriptions are pad printed and the hour markers and crown carefully riveted by hand. The dial, gleaming in its perfection, is then ready to sit atop the movement.
